About the role

We’re looking for a Lead Architect to join our architecture team, where you’ll manage your own destiny and shape the future of our ERP & Supply Chain technology domain.


You’ll be leading a team of architects to deliver the blueprints designs, transitional architecture roadmaps, and plans for our future technology whilst providing coaching and mentorship to the team.


Working directly with a number of cross-functional product teams your ideas, solutions and innovations will help us to continue to make our customer, Miss Very, the best experience it can be.


You’ll help lead the creation and ongoing development of the Solution Architecture function based on best practices, industry frameworks and standards.

Requirements

You’ll be experienced in the design and architecture of ERP & Supply Chain solutions, ideally in Retail, Financial Services or Consulting environment.


With a technical understanding of ERP & e2e Supply Chain capabilities such as WMS, MS, Core Merchandising, CMR, PLM, CMS, Inbound, Forecasting, Planning, ERP, HR & Payroll, you’ll have likely worked with major vendors such as Oracle, SAP, Knapp, Manhattan, IBM, JDA and SAS.


You'll have experience in at least two IT disciplines (such as Solutions Architecture, Technical Architecture, Middleware/Integration Architecture, Software Engineering, Data/Analytics, Security, Infrastructure, IT Operations), in a multi-vendor, multi-technology, cloud enabled environment, preferably within Retail, Logistics or Financial Services.


A natural leader, you know how to inspire, coach and guide people. You’re comfortable explaining complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, you’ll provide thought leadership to the wider business.
